Vacancy Details:– Director

Total Vacancies Available:- 1

Pay Scale:- Rs. 30000 – 110000/- and Grade pay Rs 15100/-

Qualification

At least Second class M.A in Modern Indian History and having one year diploma in Archival Science from National Archives of India, New Delhi. Preference will be given to those having M.Phil or Ph.D in History.

Age Criteria

45 to 55 years as on 1st January 2020

Method of Selection

Selection will be on the basis of the Screening/Written test and Viva-Voice/Interview.

Fees to Apply

General/EWS:- Rs. 250/-

Scheduled Caste (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs)/OBC/MOBC:- Rs. 150/-

BPL:- Nil

Payment Mode: Fees should be deposited through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “NON TAX REVENUE, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 105 STATE PSC APPLICATION FEE RECEIPT OF APSC” showing name of post and department.

How to Apply


The name of the post applied for should be clearly written in “bold letters” in the Envelope containing the application form and it should be addressed to the Deputy Secretary, APSC, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-781022.
