Qualification/ Experience

Holding Analogous Posts on regular basis cadre or department or with five years of service in Pay Level 12 in the pay matrix 78000-209200/- or similar, rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the parent cadre or department and A good Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with degree/ diploma in management or its similar and 10 years of experience in administration in Government/ autonomous bodies or in reputed academic/ research institutions out of which 5 years should be in the scale of 15600-39100 and grade pay 7600 or above Through knowledge of Government rules and regulations is essential. Competence in modern administrative practices including the use of computers in all functional Ares of management would be considered as an added qualification
