Vacancy Details


Research Associate-I:- 01 Post


Type of Job:- Temporary Basis


Pay Scale:- Rs. 47000/- Per Month plus 8% HRA. (As per DST OM No. SR/s9/Z-08/2018 dated 30.01.2019)


Junior Research Fellow:- 01 Post


Type of Job:- Temporary Basis


Pay Scale:- Rs. 31000/- Per Month plus 8% HRA for 1st & 2nd Year and from 3rd Year onwards Rs. 35000/- per month plus 8% HRA


Project Fellow-I:- 01 Post


Type of Job:- Temporary Basis


Pay Scale:- Rs. 12000/- Per Month plus HRA as applicable in Mohali


Qualification


Research Associate-I:- Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or similar degree in Life Sciences or having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after MVSc/ M.Pharm/ME/ M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) journal. (Eligibility criteria as DST OM No.SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated 30.01.2019.


Junior Research Fellow:- Postgraduate degree in Basic Science Or Graduate/Post Graduate in the professional course selected through a process described through any one of the following:- a) Scholars are selected through National Eligibility Tests-CSIR UGC NET including Lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE.


Project Fellow-I:- Postgraduate degree in Science/Microbiology/Statistics/Biotechnology with minimum of 55% marks.


Age Criteria


Research Associate-I:- 40 Years as on date of interview. (Relaxation is admissible in case of Scheduled Caste (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs)/OBC/PD as per GOI Instructions)


Junior Research Fellow:- 28 Years as on date of interview. (Relaxation is admissible in case of Scheduled Caste (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs)/OBC/PD as per GOI Instructions)


Project Fellow-I:- 28 Years as on date of interview. (Relaxation will be given as GOI norms)


Method of Selection:- Walk-in-Interview
